In my hometown of Akademija, my friends and I organized a vibrant one-day street basketball tournament in honor of the esteemed historical figure, Ruokis. Known for advocating healthcare and a healthy lifestyle, Ruokis inspired us to gather in the street bearing his name. Leading the charge, I spearheaded the marketing campaign and crafted the visual identity, infusing the event with a funky, cartoonish, and hip-hop vibe. With dedication and passion, we attracted over 20 teams in less than a month, hosting engaging activities like a 3-point contest and various mini-games. Winners were awarded custom-designed basketball jerseys and trophies, adding to the excitement of the day. Live MC freestyle and DJ performances kept the energy high as hundreds of attendees soaked in the positive atmosphere. To capture the magic, I also created an aftermovie to immortalize the event's success.
