Pointy Hat studio directed, art directed and animated two campaign videos designed to encourage patients to use the clinic’s mobile app instead of waiting in physical queues. The goal was to clearly communicate the convenience and accessibility of digital services in a relatable and engaging way.
The campaign focuses on everyday situations familiar to patients, transforming them into simple and visually expressive narratives that highlight the benefits of using the app. The result is a pair of concise and approachable animations that promote behavioral change while strengthening the clinic’s digital presence.
